Puppy Welfare
Puppy welfare comes first.
Our sessions are designed around the puppies, not the other way around.
We work with responsible puppy keepers and breeders and put clear welfare measures in place so the puppies can rest, play and interact at their own pace.

We only work with puppy providers who are expected to meet all relevant animal welfare and licensing requirements applicable to them.
Our aim is simple: a relaxed, enjoyable experience for our guests and a safe, positive environment for every puppy involved.
Age-appropriate puppies
Puppies must be old enough, fully weaned and suitable for taking part in a group environment.
Plenty of rest
puppies are given regular breaks and have a quiet space away from guests whenever they need it.
Fresh water available
water is accessible throughout the session.
Puppy-led interaction
puppies are never forced to be held, handled or interact. If they want to wander away or rest, they can.
Calm, supervised sessions
class sizes and interaction are managed to avoid overcrowding and unnecessary stress.
Clean and hygienic spaces
the studio and equipment are cleaned between sessions and appropriate hygiene procedures are followed.
Welfare before the timetable
if a puppy appears tired, overwhelmed or uncomfortable, their needs take priority over the session.
