Each Puppy Pilates experience lasts approximately 50 minutes, including the Pilates portion and puppy interaction time.

Our standard Puppy Pilates sessions are £40 per person.

No. Everything you need for the session will be provided. Just wear something comfortable that you can move around in.

Comfortable activewear or clothing that allows you to move freely is perfect. We recommend avoiding loose jewellery or anything that little paws might find particularly tempting!

Our puppy breeds change depending on availability. We announce upcoming breeds on our website and social media, so keep an eye out for our latest pup-dates!Please remember that, as the welfare of our puppies always comes first, breeds may occasionally need to change at short notice.

All puppies taking part are age-appropriate, fully weaned and suitable for interaction within a group environment. Their wellbeing is our priority at every session.

Puppy welfare comes first. Sessions are designed around the puppies rather than expecting the puppies to fit around the class.They have access to fresh water, quiet areas and regular opportunities to rest throughout the experience. Interaction is always supervised and puppy-led, meaning a puppy can move away, sleep or take some downtime whenever they choose.

We work with responsible puppy keepers and breeders who remain involved in the care and supervision of their puppies. We take puppy welfare seriously and aim to make every session a positive, calm and enriching experience for them.

Of course — puppy cuddles are one of the loveliest parts! However, interaction must always be gentle and respectful. Our team will explain how to safely interact with the puppies at the beginning of your session, and we ask everyone to allow sleeping or resting puppies to have their space.

Please check the age requirement shown on the individual session before booking. Where younger guests are permitted, they must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.

Unfortunately not. Only the puppies arranged for that particular session can enter the studio.

Yes. Our Corporate Puppy Pilates experiences are a lovely way to bring something different to team wellbeing, socials and workplace events. Contact us and we can discuss the options available for your group.

Yes! We offer private sessions for occasions including birthdays, hen parties and celebrations. Get in touch through our enquiry form and we can discuss your group and preferred dates.

Yes! Puppy Pilates gift cards are available to purchase online. Choose your amount, add a personal message and the recipient can use their gift card towards a session of their choice.

Please check our cancellation policy before booking. As spaces are limited and our sessions require advance planning, bookings may be subject to specific cancellation and rescheduling terms.

Very occasionally, a session may need to be changed or cancelled — particularly if there is any reason why taking part would not be in the puppies’ best interests. Puppy welfare will always take priority.If we need to cancel your session, we’ll contact you as soon as possible and explain the options available to you.

Our regular Puppy Pilates sessions are held in Poole, Dorset. Full venue details and arrival information will be provided with your booking.

Parking information will be included within your booking confirmation so you can plan your visit before arriving.
